[resolved] Reassign pops open an empty element

I recently upgraded from v1.9.3 to v1.10.1.

I cannot reassign a ticket to another agent or group.  When I try to reassign I get an empty element that pops open on my page.

Any idea on what is wrong with my setup or system?

  • Okay, looks like I have found my problem.  During the upgrade some of the files from the v1.9.3 release of osTicket did not get updated. I made sure that I had all of the files from the v1.10.1 release and my problem has been fixed.
