Create ticket in each department when piping email (CC contains department emails)
We have multiple departments setup with their own piped email address.
Often a customer emails in and CC's the different departments. Currently osticket creates a ticket in the first department and then ignores then rest.
I understand that this is a feature to prevent duplicates... but in our case we would rather have duplicates as each department needs to deal with a different issue in the email.
