Daily Report for Overdue Tickets

Is there a way to get a report of the tickets that are opened, closed and overdue on a specific department (or all of them) to the admin or the dpt. manager? something like a summary? 


  • The Dashboard in osTicket is limited and I feel is very in need of overhaul.  It's my understanding that its slated for a revamp (which i think is going to be in 2.0). 

    Personaly we use @scottro Reprt Mod (which is not the Report Plugin) and available here:

    It is not free, but its cheap and we have used it for years.
