As we are trying to implement your os ticketing system in our company. I
want to ask about an issue i.e. while generating a ticket is there any
option to add more than one POC from same organization? If not, kindly
tell us a solution to it.
If the ticket is generated from an email i believe the people that are cced get added as collaborators but when you create the ticket in the interface i dont think you can.
my question is when i generate a ticket as a source in email i dont get too add more than one persons. can i have a solution to this problem?
Currently no, this is not a feature in osTicket at this time. However once a ticket is opened you can add collaborators.
