osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now

OSticket keeps turning off and back on.

My install of OSticket randomly turns it's self offline and I get a Token ERROR and can't login to the admin panel either. This is not just me, it happens on all browsers, even on co workers who live half way across the country. If I wait 10 minutes or so, Help desk goes back online and I can log into the admin panel with no token errors.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Running PHP 5.5
Osticket 1.10.1 - fresh install

I also sometimes get these alerts mailed to me.

  • The recommended php version is 5.6 and have you tried without the proxy?

osTicket does not have an "on/off" switch.  So it is not osTicket that is "turning off and back on".  My bet is on your proxy or your webserver.
