Hi,
I think I missed your post. This is not possible at the moment by default. But you can make a little adjustment to the file ./include/class.config.php to make this work.
In this file you will see this function:
function canUploadFileType($filename) {
$ext = strtolower(preg_replace("/.*\.(.{3,4})$/", "$1", $filename));
$allowed=$this->config?array_map('trim',explode(',',strtolower($this->config)));
return ($ext && is_array($allowed) && in_array(".$ext",$allowed))?TRUE;
}
Now change
return ($ext && is_array($allowed) && in_array(".$ext",$allowed))?TRUE;
in
return ($ext && is_array($allowed) && (in_array(".$ext",$allowed) || in_array(".*",$allowed)))?TRUE;
and set the "Accepted File Types" in the admin panel to .* and you are good to go.
Thanks goes also to Peter (the developer)
