Advanced Search does not work as expected

I updated to 1.10 and noticed that open tickets do not show any more different departments in sepereate menu line. So I though I use advanced search and save it.
I set status to open an have choosen the respective department (both now is ....) but clicking on search it does still show all open tickets not by department filtered.

  • osTicket has never displayed departments in the open ticket view... so I've no idea what you mean.  
    Did you perhaps alter your ticket view in the core files and then lose the mod by upgrading?
