when performing advanced search field status appears duplicated.

  • It appears that You or someone else has altered the core source files and tried to add an additional column to the page. I am unable to replicate this on a clean 1.10.1 installation.  Please restore core files to default by re-downloading and installing them.

    So it is ntozier, file is modified in path include/staff/tickets.inc.php to add the status and department columns
