I have a couple of Osticket installations of 1.6 that I implemented, one is straight forward with very little customization, the second is a little more customized with Ticket being labled project throughout the application and some custom ticket creation forms. Minus a cron job error at my host, I have never had an issue with tickets created by email.
I have always used my webhosts builtin installation wizards out of conveneince and time savings with no problem.
My latest installation which is straight forward but with a report add on. Without touching the code, I configured everything including the email configurations the same as my other two installations.
This go round, I am running into issues when a user emails a ticket in via tickets@domain.com, a ticket is created but all of the information from the body is missing. Now this is only for a handfull of users, not everyone. I am also getting a cron error following New Ticket Alert.
The cron error I think is an issues with the host more than OS ticket
Anythoughts on where to start?
We are currently running Version 1.6st
