I can see an "email" tab, but nothing else similar.That manages the actual users or osTickets, I'm trying to manage the suggestions which osTicket shows when I open a ticket for someone.ex: I want to open a new ticket for Bobby Tony, whose email is b.tony@help.tony.com.I go to "Tickets/New TIcket" in the email form I write "b.to", osTicket suggests the entire email and name of that person, based on the first time I entered it, so with a single click now everything is set up.I don't think it depends on the program's cache or my browser cache.I actually think there is a DB somewhere, but I really can't find it.
