Likely most people will want the default behaviour of returning to the ticket list after an action such as close or sending a response, so this would need to be optional.Alternatively, and how I like this to work (personal opinion only), is for the status message which says "action done" has a link back to the ticket.This PR enables this for after sending a response: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/3484So for 90% of the time, I'm happy for the automatic return to the ticket list, then for the other 10% of the time in which I need to carry out additional actions I can quickly and easily return to the ticket view.Something similar for the alert message when closing a ticket might be able to be done.
