Hello,I'm having an issue with the "New Ticket Auto Response", the user who opens a ticket is not receiving a confirmation email. I'm on version:osTicket Versionv1.10-rc.2 (231f11e) PHP Version5.6.32I checked my mail log file and I can see the System Administrator is being sent an email, but I don't see any email being sent to the user, so it appears to be a application issue.Any help appreciated.Regards,Stephen
