I saw a prior discussion on this topic from Sep 2015. I'm starting a new discussion to see if this has changed, as we have just upgraded to the latest OSTicket version.Example: A ticket gets assigned to me. I'm not able to assist, so I need to reassign it to the Team that can assist the user. However, when I do this, it shows as assigned to me and the team. Why can't a ticket be reassigned to a Team and have the Agent's name taken off? I was really disappointed when we tested this new version to find that this was still an issue. I would think that this is something that happens often. Thanks.
