Hi, I want to have different ticket numbers, when email is different. I use 3 email accounts, so in Emails > Emails i have :mailaccount1@mail (defaults in settings is set to Topic A, Department A)mailaccount2@mail (defaults in settings is set to Topic B, Department B)mailaccount3@mail (defaults in settings is set to Topic C, Department C)And in Manage > Help Topics i have 3 topics with settings : Topic A > New Ticket Options ---> Department A, Ticket Number Format : Custom, Format : AA-#######, Sequense : A Sequense ticketsTopic B > New Ticket Options ---> Department B, Ticket Number
Format : Custom, Format : BB-#######, Sequense : B Sequense ticketsTopic C > New Ticket Options ---> Department C, Ticket Number
Format : Custom, Format : CC-#######, Sequense : C Sequense ticketsthe problem is that when a ticket is created from mailaccount2@mail, ticket number is AA-####### and not BB-########.i also checked ticket details and Help Topic is set to A although email is NOT sent to mailaccount1@mail In Settings - General Settings > I have "Default Department" A (its required)In Settings - Tickets > i have Default ticket Number Format ######## (without the letters and - ) so its not a problem.RegardsGeorgeosTicket
