greetings! i can't seem to be able to close tickets? am i missing something? i just don't see a close option?under ticket status it shows OPEN only - no other choice?any help is appreciated
Make sure your agent account has permissions to close ticketsAdmin Panel > Agents > > Permissions > Tickets"Ability to close tickets" should be checked.
Create —
Ability to add new users
Edit —
Ability to manage user information
Delete —
Ability to delete users
Manage Account —
Ability to manage active user accounts
User Directory —
Ability to access the user directory
disregard - i believe i have found the issue - setting agent info up properly is key- thank you for the reply
