HI all,When we create a new ticket from the osTicket Agent environment we want to make 1 field required, this is the 'Assign to team' field.Anyone an idea how to do this?Thanks!Jeremy
Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> FormsSelect your form, find the field that you want to make required (Assign to team) and press config.In the window that pops up go to the tab settings and select required for user/staff depending on how you want it to be like.
