Hello,Another person from my company took a look at this issue too. The problem was the following:the indexing functionality takes only 500 items at once. If there's no thread entry to index within the 500 items, the process will be stopped. As I understand, the body and title will be filtered for searchable content. Only when the title and body does have searchable content, the thread entry will be indexed. Our situation was that we had a number of tickets/entries having only an image as content. The searchable-filter thought this wasn't searchable content, so these entries won't get indexed. When we had more then 500 items only containing an image, the process of indexing stopped because within the 500 tickets there was no one with searchable content. We now disabled the statement if (!$body && !$title)in class.ticket.php (around line 500)We have now empty items in our search table. That's not really what we want, but it is a workaround to get all the tickets being indexed.I think this is something osticket should fix, because the search functionality is very important. However, we are happy with osticket :-)I hope you can do something with the info I gave you!CheersJurre
