Hi All,

When I have recieved an email to our support it will generate a new ticket. For example let's think has sent an email to our support. It will generate a new ticket. When I am going to reply to that mail under To: it shows me 2 options.Do not email reply and the If I want to send that reply to how do I do that?

  • You can either add them as a collaborator in which case both emails would get the reply, or you will have to edit the ticket and change the user to a user with the other email address.
