No notifications when end user updates/responds from the OSTicket web portal [Alerts and Notices]
So my issue is when one of my end users access and respond to their ticket from the osticket web portal we do not receive notifications of it. When my end users respond via email it is working properly.
Not sure if there is a setting I need to modify or if there is a check box i'm missing, any help is appreciated. My settings are below :
