Blank page after staff login.php
We recently upgraded to osTicket v1.10.1 (9ae093d) and now when trying to login as any user other that localadmin results in a blank page or an HTTP ERROR 500.
osTicket was installed by someone who no longer works here, so I have very little knowledge of the setup other than the Admin>Dashboard>Information page that I have attached.
I do believe we are using LDAP for authentication.
What do I need to do to fix this?
