SLA, workdays, hours and reports.
Dear osTicket team,
Is it possible to setup "out-of-the-box" in osTicket 1.10 a SLA which consider work days and work schedules?. If so, does this will affect the reports accordingly?
Lets say: The time for a ticket only counts from Monday to Friday between 0830h and 1630h.
