OK, this may be way beyond the scope of what's possible but I at least need to ask.
I have email piping setup and working great.
I also added a new custom field to the new ticket form which gives us a Client's Organization Name.
I'd like to take it another step and come up with a way to assign the Organization name when the client submits via email.
Is there a way I could instruct our clients to add their organization name to the subject line of their email into the system with a hashtag or something and setup the email Pipe to retrieve that and put with the ticket accordingly?
