unable to see the tickets as admin

i have a single department and as admin, i am not able to see the tickets which was raised by the users. I have all access permit. Please let me know how can i see the tickets


  • Being an admin in osTicket doesn't grant you all addess to all departments and tickets.  It grants you access to the admin panel.

    Add yourself to the department.
