Ticket details do not appear when editing


Hi, I hope someone can help me with a problem, since I do not know what else to try. When entering in edition mode of a ticket, the "details" field is not completed with the current content. This happens in both user mode and agent mode.

Im working with:

Versión osTicketv1.10 (901e5ea)  Actualizar— v1.10.1 está disponible
Software de Servidor WebApache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
Versión MySQL5.7.21
Versión PHP7.0.25-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

  • I apologize if I didn't explain myself well. In the attached picture, the yellow line is where i should see the details of the ticket to edit, but its empty. Additionally I have updated to version 1.10.1, but the problem persists.
  • The field you indicate is the internal note field... This field is for noting why you are editing the ticket.
