OSTicket 1.10: Email variables empty

Hi,

I'm facing the problem below after upgrading OS ticket from 1.9.14 to 1.10:

Cretae a filter with sending an email as action (the emails contains different variables

Create a new ticket respecting the filter already created

The email is sent but the variables contain "Array" instead of the real value.

    Could you check the type of the fields in the form?

    I cannot attach the screen shot, however, the variables were added OStickets variables catalog.

  • I do not use ticket filters in this way so no I do not.  I would guess that your encountering a race condition.  If can't use variables for a ticket that does not exist until after the filter is run.
