Hi fellow osticket fans,I have setup osticket lately and want to educate secundary school children about it and it's possibilty. Of course, one of them came up with a very good question. He asked if he could participate with my demo with his iPhone. So I had a look at the LAMP website from my Android phone and logging on worked well, but because of the way the forms are setup is not very user friendly for the smaller screens on these devices. Now there's a free app, but it only provides read only access. so there is no real participation possible there.Has anyone tried other stuff? I remember having read about changing layout and feel of a website when it is loaded on a PDA of smartphone but haven't got any experience with these techniques. Why the demo, someone might wonder? In my country the Netherlands a project was setup a decade ago to help school children help in deciding what they wanted to do as a professional, so a very smart woman thought it would help if professionals would help these children by explaining what their profession is about and also let the childer expirience how it would be working in that profession.Since I am an IT professional an working at a skilled helpdesk I want to use osticket to do just that. So that can make and solve tickets in a kind of role playing situation.I'm have ubuntu 16 installed with LAMP and osticket.Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Kind regards,Bas Douma
