[resolved] How to modify values of priority levels ?

Hi guys,

I've been using OSticket for a while now and everything is fine for our
daily use. I just have one problem : I can't modify values of prioriy
levels for tickets : (Low, Normal, High, Emergency). I use a translation
pack but It doesn't change anything. Can I modify these values in the
database ?
