Hi, we are on v1.10.1. Is it possible to allow users to view all tickets (open and closed) that are under their email address, without requiring them to create and log into an account? I'm not talking about viewing all tickets within an organization. For example, the user will go to 'Check Ticket Status', type in his email address and a ticket number, doesn't really matter which ticket, because the next screen will show all tickets under his email address, and he'd proceed from there. Is this possible? One of our vendor's osTicket is set up this way, I find it quite useful as I'm sure most of our customers don't want to be bother to create another online account. Thanks.
