Hi,checked Settings -> Users -> Authentication Settings:* Require registration and login to create tickets* PrivateSettings -> Knowledge Base options:Knowledge Base Status:* Activate the knowledge baseRequire Customer LoginBeing that this last option does not mark and I get error:"Unable to update settings. Correct any errors below and try again."The problem is that the Knowledge Base continues to appear without ever being logged in.I want access to Knowledge Base only for people logged in who the Agents
have registered, that is, to have access to anything, the Agent must
