Hi,In the "Guest Ticket Access" template, there is a variable called %{recipient.ticket_link} that generates a link for the user to click on that will take them to their ticket. Currently, this works fine for internal users that are within the intranet. However, we allow vendors to access our application outside of the firewall (and our support site) via a different URL that handles authentication a bit differently. So, when an internal user accesses our support site, the url is something like:https://<internal-url-goes-here>/SupportAnd when an external user accesses our support site, the url is something like:https://<external-url-goes-here>/SupportWe have been able to circumnavigate this issue by including internal and external links for various things within osTicket, to ensure that external users are still able to access most of the pages. However, the %{recipient.ticket_link} always generates a link that looks something like: https://<internal-url-goes-here>/view.php?auth=o1x1aaaaahfamaaa4bkkEtsDb1tNkw%3D%3DSo, external users are never able to follow this link because the first part of the URL is incorrect. Is there a way to strip the last part of the %{recipient.ticket_link} (the "view.php?auth=o1x1aaaaahfamaaa4bkkEtsDb1tNkw%3D%3D" part) so that I can append that to two different links within the "Guest Ticket Access" template to allow internal and external users to follow their respective link?I'm also open to other possible solutions :)
