Hello,A brief introduction: I'm new to osTicket. I have only been working on a fresh install recently and setting up custom forms for the last couple of days.The issue I have been trying to figure out is how do I change the subject of a ticket from the list of open ticket within agent panel, when new ticket is being created?Each custom form seems to be using the "Help Topic" for the subject. If i use "Issue Summary" form it work they way I would like but not when I use a custom form I haven't been able to find the solution. I have looked through the php and i'm assuming it's related to function getFormName() inside of class.forms.php.The Orange outline is from issue summary form that is already built into osticket. this is what I'm looking for but from a custom formThe Red outline is the custom form using the help topic for subject within agent panel. The Green outline is what i would like the subject to display within the agent panel. The idea is to be able to identify each ticket by subject vs having a list of repeated help topics...
