Updated to v1.10.1 (9ae093d), still the same problem.My understanding is that the designed behaviour for "Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets" is:Open tickets are visible only if assigned to this agent or one of his teams. Department is ignored.Closed tickets are visible if belonging to department of this agent. All assignments are cleared from closed ticketsIn our case, agents with "Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets" only see tickets assigned to their team(s) but no closed tickets. Please help, this is a very important functionality. We cannot choose between segregating teams and having access to closed tickets.
