Hi, these options come by default and i wanna know what's the difference and when use each one
Closed means closed. Everything is done with the ticket.Resolved means the issue(s) have been resolved, or at least the agent thinks that they are, but they have left the ticket as resolved instead of closed for the client for some reason.
