When an email is received to the Sales department email address, a ticket is created in the Sales department and given a Help Topic of Sales. Under Help Topics, Sales, I added the custom form Sales Information.When the ticket gets created it is given the help topic of Sales, however when editing, it only shows the required fields from the default form Ticket Details. It seems the only way I can get the Sales Information form to show is by selecting More, then Manage Forms, and adding it from there.Seems like I have something set up wrong or missed a step, otherwise what would be the point of assigning a form to help topic if I just have to manually add it anyway. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
