So I finally got around to installing and setting it up. Great how flexible and customizable it is. I have stumbled on a few issues:
1) Is there a way to have the signature set as the default option rather than none?
2) In my example above, I've realized instead of multiple departments, I want to use multiple Help Topics but have each assigned a unique email address that can be sent to and responded from. Is that possible?
3) I've added new departments but the dropdown option for Manager is missing, meaning I can’t add a manager to the new departments.
4) What does "Ticket Activity Log: Log ticket activity as internal notes." do? I've tried having it checked and unchecked but not noticed any difference.
5) Where is the option for the user to close their own ticket on the web interface? Also can you set tickets to auto-close after a certain period (i.e. after it has been answered)?
6) I'm getting big (~100MB) core.XXXX files being dumped into the scp directory. What are they and have can I stop them from being created. It's causing me to run out of disk space.
