Hi There,I have installed the latest version of osTicket on my Synology NAS. While I have entered some test tickets to experiment with I noticed that when some user has registrerd a ticket, this ticket can not be read by me as agent.Please find the both screen prints. When I click the link #00002 in the ticket screen, I get the error messages in the next screen print.I have admin rights all over in the application. I'm stuck, hope someone can help me with this.Regards.
