I'm new to OSTicket and don't know my way around it very well. I am launching my product very soon and want to use OSTicket, but there is no clear guidance on how to use its features to support GDPR yet that I can find. I am hoping that someone who knows their way around the system can provide some help. Specific questions/issues:1. If you delete a user, does it delete all of their tickets and attachments?2. Any thoughts on how to anonymize (instead of deleting) or is custom coding needed?3. How to export all of a user's tickets programmatically into CSV or similar format?What I see in most other ticket systems is the owners being proactive and telling people how to use their system to comply. I was sort of expecting to find a write-up like this already. I could pay my programmer to write an export utility but, not having ER diagrams handy, it's probably cheaper for me to just use a different system entirely since I'm not live yet. I do like OSTicket though and hope this is all very simple and it's just a matter of putting the knowledge together in one place.
