If there is a guest and agent entry in the database, the 'guest' profile is picked over the 'Agent'. For example, tom@example.com somehow has a 'guest' account with TOMTEST as the user name. In the Agent database tom@example.com's name is 'Tom Thumb'. Is there an recommended way to prefer the Agent -- If I remove the user info, will that break tickets associated with that 'user'?Thanks in advance,Rudy
