We're running OSTicket version 1.10.We have a ticket open from one user who is registered, let's call them Person A. There's back and forth on the ticket for a period of time between Person A and one of our agents. Somehow, a ticket email chain was forwarded to another user in our company, Person B, who is also registered as a user in the ticket system. Person B decides to scroll down to the bottom of the email chain to a ticket emailed response that one of our agents had done and click on the link "login to your account". This takes Person B to the page of the ticket in which this person is not a collaborator or the user who opened the ticket. The first issue here is that Person B can now see all the activity done on this ticket. The second issue is that Person B actually was able to post a reply to this ticket. Upon doing so it posted that reply under Person A's user account.Has anyone seen anything like this before and is there a way to fix this? We're relatively new to using OSTicket in our company so there may be some setup that we're not doing to fix this problem. I think one solution is to remove the link in the email template so that no one has the ability to click on that but that wouldn't be ideal I don't think. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks in advance for the help.
