Hello,When we create a new ticket for a user who say has called us instead of emailing, when we initially make the ticket and say its been resolved by a tech over the phone we do the following.New TicketSet up ticket with infoAdd an internal note of actions taken and then close it.Issue is, the Internal notes are now not displaying when we do this, we have to go back IN to the ticket once closed and post the note of the action. We're on the latest release and php 5.6Thanks
