Hello,I am coming from zendesk and, ofc, used to there system - so osticket is a big change.All fine, but one thing is really kind of "annoying" for me/us.1.) Ticketview is standard osticket - so the ANSWER field is UNDER the customer comment.I want to have it opposite.The ANSWER field has to be OVER the customer questions.2.)We are a very small group and dont use departments, prios etcIs it possible to "hide" the upper info-field like:prio, department, sla etc (just need a lot of place, without any benefit for us)?The best, ofc, would be some kind of pull menu or so...hide it -> click on arrow down for opening.Thanks a lot for your help.RegardsTom
