i've upgrade osTicket 1.6 to 1.7. Untill this upgrade i've make some changes like:
Autoresponse on closing post
Add a filed into the open ticket form to check the email address, if the user was a new user
Add multilanguage Translation client side
I've upgraded to the 1.7 for the new security level, FAQ and other really usegull feature. But i've some truouble.
In the 1.7 st. version the system still not send notification on closing post, it's true? and if is it, why the system doesn't provide this feauture?
How i can create a FAQ? it's really stupid question i know... but i don't find the way to create the FAQ. In the 1.6 st version, there was in Knowledge base, create new premade reply, in the version 1.7 i don't find it. How i can do it?
