Now, I understand osTicket much better, Thank you for keeping up to date
I know many people have asked and tried to do this type of setup and I have done which is working, but like to make it better.
Currently: I have created one form, which has all info required and created lists to select from like applications, email groups, etc... only one layer, but, would like to setup so it's based on selection, choices added or removed
Trying to create an onboarding process
Question 1. Nested Help Topic
Example: Full-Time emp. would have lot more requirements than Temp
So if Emp. selected Full time, I would like to display form 1
if they select Temp, want to display form 2
Simillar for application:
For example, if App1 is selected, then display a list of all choices
if App2 selected list few choices
