v1.10.1 (9ae093d) Normally, when the user edits a ticket (e.g. change value of a custom field) they need to also post a reply so that the ticket moves from "answered" to "open" on the agent panel. The users often forget this and assume that changing the ticket is enough (which kinda makes sense).How could I make an automatic reply whenever the change is made?So, when submitting the edit of a ticket, a fixed text (e.g. "Ticked edited") would be submitted as a reply and the user would be redirected to the tickets overview page.
