Recently installed osTicket 1.7 and have rolled it out to a department for testing but one of the issues we are having is with the search function. When searching for tickets we receive no results even though we are using a number or word (for instance) that is in the subject of the ticket.
If we go to advanced search and do the same we can see that it finds the tickets (It says "2 found" at the bottom) but clicking the "View" link brings up a no ticket (leave a little early) screen.
Any idea how to resolve this?
