I just upgraded from 1.6 to 1.7
I am admin on the system but I can only see open tickets for my department "support", before upgrade on 1.6 version there were a total of 3 open tickets which are not visible now to me in 1.7 after upgrade. When I manually try to access that ticket by putting the ticket id in the url, i get message:
Access denied. Contact admin if you believe this is in error'
when I change my department from "support" to "volunteer" which is the department the ticket is in, I can then see it.
Should'nt the admin be able to see all open tickets in all deparments as was the case in 1.6? please help
