Hi,I have installed osTicket 1.10.1 on a Synology NAS and all works well. We use Office 365 for our emails and I have setup a mailbox called support@domail.com. osTicket has been configured with the IMAP SMTP details of Office 365 and successfully sends and receives emails. However, as documented this only auto fetches emails when a user is logged on.I have read the documentation, and it would seem I need to either edit the crontab file or set up a scheduled task to get php to run the cron.php file every 5 minutes (or whatever time period I dictate). However, I can't see how to do either of these things when using a Synology NAS.Alternatively, there is an option to use an email pipe between Office 365 and osTicket which I assume from the documentation would negate the need for the scheduled auto fetch as the pipe would push the emails to osTicket. Again, I can't find any information on how to set this up between osTicket and Office 365.I would be extremely grateful if some one could provide detailed instructions on how to do either of these as this is the only thing preventing me from going live with osTicket.Thanks in advanceMike
