I am using the most recent version of osTicket and my admin user is working fine. When I create a new Agent (who will also be an admin) there is no way to enter their password. There is the "Set Password" button, but that effectively does nothing; No email arrives for the Agent to set their password.At this point in time it doesn't appear to be possible for me to create a new Agent and for the new Agent to set their own password.What have I missed? (Or is this a rather obvious bug!?)
