Hello,I use the latest version of osTicket and it's quite a pleasure :-) I didn't found out how to add an email address when replying to a ticket opened by a customer, to automatically send my answer to another email address (which is not a collaborator : I'm talking about a colleague of the **customer**, so the CC address could by anything). Is that possible ? I found that it was announced for 1.8 but I couldn't find it in 1.10...Also, I would love to be able to add a "CC" field to the form used by my customers, where the customer could add email address(es) of colleagues (ie people which belongs to the same company) which are concerned / interested in the thread opened by the customer. The colleagues would automatically receive a copy of the ticket opened (and replies) for their information.What do you think about it ? Is that possible ? Thanks,T.
