Morning all,I have recently setup an OSTicket instance on which currently only has 6-7 tickets in it. I am now having issues printing tickets both generated by email or by form from the scp admin interface. The first few tickets in the system print fine and I'm not sure what would have changed between those and the latest. When printing it just shows a white screen and loads for a while then goes to a HTTP Error 500 screen the URL for this page is: https://siteaddress.com/scp/tickets.php?id=6&a=print¬es=0. This is the same in Chrome and Firefox. The error I get in the logs is: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 268435464 bytes) in /www/default/docroot/include/mpdf/mpdf.php on line 12905, referer: https://siteaddress.com/scp/tickets.php?id=9
I have tried bumping up the php memory limit from 128 to 256 and even went as high as 1024 but the allocated bytes keeps increasing.
